Building Rental Agreement
The Dacusville Lions Building is available for rent whenever it is not being used by the Dacusville Lions Club. Contact
Jane Handley at (836-0750) or for rental details. Listed below is our rental agreement for using the building.
1. Building will be used by groups of 60 or less
2. Rental will only be to adults, age 25 or older
3. Rental rates will be $75.00per day and will be paid prior to use
4. Deposit of $50 required in addition to rental rate. Deposit to be
returned upon satisfactory inspection after use
5. Renters will be responsible for cleanup of building to condition prior to use
6. Renters will remove all trash created during use
7. Upon leaving building, set AC at 85 degrees and heat at 55 degrees
8. Breaker numbers marked at panel will be left on; all others should be off
9. Paper product, supplies, and cleanup materials are responsibility of renter.
10. Maximum rental hours in any day will be 8:00 AM - 10:30 PM
11. No alcohol or gambling on Lion's Club property; No smoking in
building; Ashtrays provided on covered front porch
12. No animals allowed in building without permission of Lion's Club.
13. Limited cooking will be allowed, pending approval of Lion's Club.
No deep-fat frying allowed inside building
14. Lock all doors upon departure, and return key to lock box
15. Please note location of fire extinguishers and emergency numbers
16. Parking should be in driveway, or to the right of driveway in orderly
fashion; No parking in rear of building
17. Main room should be set up as found prior to rental
18. No loud music or other loud noise
19. Dacusville Lion's Club reserves the right to refuse rental of building
20. Do not remove any pictures that
are hanging on the wall.
21. No decorations should be nailed or taped to walls or ceiling
22. Renters should carry their own liability insurance
