The Dacusville Lions Club is a group
of men and women who are part of the Lions International
Organization. We enjoy fellowship, develop leadership and dedicate
part of our time to help those in need in the Dacusville community.
The Club meets the
2nd and 4th Monday at 6:00 pm of each month at its Lions Building. Anyone interested in
attending, just show up.
The
Dacusville Lions Club will be hosting Bingo night on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
Our next Bingo session will be
Apr. 18, 2024.
We'll play 10
games beginning at 7:00 pm and proceeds go towards funding community
events and other community needs. We should conclude around 9:00 pm.
This is a
family-friendly event, so invite your friends, join in fun fellowship,
and possibly win some $$$. Cards are $1 each with no limit on the number
of cards that can be purchased for each round.
NOTE: We are getting out of the
Fireworks Sales. Are last sale will be this coming July 4th (2024),
unless we find a buyer before then to buy all of our remaining fireworks
(will sell cheap).
The money raised is used to buy glasses
for people who can not afford them. We sponsor a monetary donation
to the Dacusville Elementary and Middle Schools for the Teacher and
Staff Person of the Year. We also support other needs of the community.
Another benefit to the community is
the rental of our Lions Building to the general public. Anyone
interested in using the building, should contact Mrs. Cathy Spalding
