The Dacusville 4-H/Leo Club was formed
as the Dacusville Leo Club in 2004. Then in 2005 it also became a
4-H Club. So now it is known as the Dacusville 4-H/Leo Club.
By keeping Leo in the name, it is sponsored monetarily by the Dacusville
Lions Club. The Lions Club purchased three GPS units in 2006 for
the club to use on its project.

leaders, Mrs. Spalding
The Club is the only non-school
related club at Dacusville Middle School. The members are made up of
6th, 7th and 8th graders who meet at least once a month after school
hours.
The Dacusville/Leo Club is very active
in community projects. While identifying and mapping the Fire
Hydrants, the club participated in collecting various food and
toiletries for our solders over seas. They also participated in an
email campaign with the soldiers in Iraq. The club also participated
in the Country Santa program.
The club raised money by selling brooms
donated by the Dacusville Lions Club. They donated some of the money to
the Lions Leader Dog. In the past, the club has donated money to
various projects around the school.
